Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Security Studies, Public Administration or relevant field with 7 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience in the investigation, prosecution, and management of serious and organized crime

Responsibilities
- Enhance the functional capacity of the Zanzibar law enforcement tackling transnational organized crime
- Mentor heads of appropriate agencies and manage a team responsible for complex transnational serious organized crime investigations
- Develop and progress investigations through various methods including technical evidential capture and international evidence securing
- Serve as subject matter expert and senior investigating officer
- Develop pilot initiatives for functional partnerships between justice institutions, UNDP, and donors
- Investigate serious and complex transnational organized crime impacting Tanzanian communities
- Align operations and projects with strategic objectives
- Create and oversee risk registers along with regular reporting
- Manage change activity and build working relationships with partners
- Advise and support the Project Manager in managing TOCTF procurement processes
- Lead advocacy for strengthening national capacity for planning and coordinating development projects
