Qualifications
- University Degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Advanced knowledge of telecommunications network & service architecture, trends and evolution
- At least 5 years’ experience in Telecommunications or Technology Operations Management
- At least 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
- Proven experience of working with multiple suppliers/vendors/partners
- Proven experience of working in a complex regulatory environment
- IT background provides an added advantage
- End-to-end knowledge of Network Engineering processes

Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful delivery of technical programs and projects, align them with business objectives, and drive overall efficiency and effectiveness within an organization
- Ensure that complex technical projects are delivered efficiently on time, and within budget, while meeting the strategic goals and objectives of the group
- Network CAPEX & OPEX budget planning and execution through implementation of cost optimization initiatives, effective program management and commercially driven network investment for maximization of financial returns
- Project Delivery: Managing and delivering multiple, often simultaneous, technology projects from inception to completion
- Strategic Delivery: Ensuring that technology projects align with the organization’s strategic goals and contribute to its overall success
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating collaboration and reporting among different teams and stakeholders including partners, business units and senior management to ensure that everyone is on the same page
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project stability
- Resource Management: Efficiently managing resources, including time, budget, and personnel, to optimize project outcomes
