Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- 4 years banking experience, 2 years as a Relationship Manager
- Broad knowledge of banking practice and bank regulations

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow privilege proposition by growing customer base through targeted sales efforts and delivering impeccable service
- Attract new business by leading the sales function and grow Privilege segment through the network
- Conduct detailed need analysis for potential clients to determine suitable products
- Manage calling programme including identifying companies for salary schemes
- Compile and present monthly reports on sales progress against targets
- Proactively sell alternative delivery channels to clients
- Increase product penetration by reviewing portfolios and recommending new products
- Monitor operational delivery of customer requirements and log complaints
- Ensure processes, control requirements, and risk management frameworks are understood
- Monitor compliance training and ensure completion within timelines
- Drive customer engagement activities and conduct basic statistical analysis
- Prepare various reports and business proposals for management approval
