Qualifications
- Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL)
- Ability to coordinate MERL initiatives
- Experience in data consolidation and project implementation
- Familiarity with M&E frameworks for program implementation
- Understanding of safeguarding and ethical standards in project implementation
- Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative data analysis

Responsibilities
- Coordinate MERL activities and system implementation
- Monitor program quality and implement accountability initiatives
- Coordinate implementation of project evaluations, studies, and assessments
- Support project research and promote data use for innovative programming
- Manage data consolidation and quality project implementation
- Develop and implement M&E framework and plan for Southern PIA
- Ensure adherence to MERL ethics and safeguarding standards
- Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting
