Responsibilities
- Plan and implement mass activation campaigns for product awareness and customer acquisition
- Coordinate field teams and ensure seamless execution of activation activities
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align activation goals
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers during activation events
- Address customer queries and provide necessary product information
- Track and report activation performance metrics, including customer sign-ups and engagement levels
- Train field representatives on activation procedures and customer interaction best practices
- Supervise and monitor the performance of activation teams
- Gather market insights to optimize activation strategies
