Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to guests
- Ensure guests are personally greeted and escorted to their room
- Conduct room & hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel activity enquiries
- Maintain knowledge of hotel information, local services, promotions and events
- Maintain awareness of rate and occupancy levels
- Administer Front Desk cashiering standards
- Process accounts from check-in to check-out accurately
- Ensure the privacy of guests by maintaining confidentiality
- Understand hotel policies, procedures and service standards
