Qualifications

Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts
Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
System Analysis, Decision Making, Relationship Development
Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics
Leadership, Planning and Organisation skills
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements
Prepare and deliver reports or alternatives addressing trouble areas in IT systems and projects
Liaise with vendors and suppliers in assessing applications or systems
Analyze documentation and technical specifications of new applications
Conduct internal audits to assure adherence to QA standards
Create and execute test plans and scripts for application performance
Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed
Ensure testing activities meet business requirements and systems goals
Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing
Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders
Test new software to ensure integration meets functional requirements and specifications
Analyze formal test results to discover defects or issues
Assist in developing change control processes and guidelines
Participate in end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in software testing
Review and analyze effectiveness of existing systems and develop testing strategies
