Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Learning & Development or Training
- Experience in designing and implementing L&D programs at a strategic level
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with digital learning trends
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with BTFL goals
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
- Design and implement leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training programs
- Implement mentorship and coaching programs to support career progression
- Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools while integrating new learning technologies
- Conduct post-training assessments to evaluate the impact of learning programs
- Ensure training programs comply with legal and industry-specific regulations
- Support change management initiatives by delivering relevant training sessions
- Foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment
- Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
