Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sales teams

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Communication skills in both written and spoken English and Swahili
- Based within or willing to relocate to the assigned region
Responsibilities
- Drive market expansion, increase product penetration, and strengthen sales operations
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage a team of sales agents and train team leaders, agents and customers
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Ensure revenue growth and quality sales as per the set forecast
- Stock management to minimize loss
- Report on sales, financial reconciliation, data entry, and stock levels
- Sales target management including recruitment of team leader and agent
- Work with warehouse officers and logistics providers for timely delivery
- Identify and develop new distribution partnerships
- Report on regional performance and gather critical market information
- Conduct market visits and travel as required
